Submit a complaint
Explain the decision, campaign, reward, merchant or content at issue and the outcome requested. Include relevant URLs and evidence.
Review
We aim to acknowledge valid submissions and review them proportionately. Complex legal, fraud or payment matters may take longer and may require identity or authority verification.
Appeal
A merchant or affected user may request review of a restriction or removal by explaining why the decision should change and supplying new information.
No retaliation
Good-faith complaints do not reduce eligibility for ordinary platform services.
