Reporting

Reports should identify the exact URL, explain why the content or offer is allegedly illegal, identify the relevant country or law where possible, and provide accurate contact information.

Review process

We assess reports consistently and in good faith. Depending on the issue we may request evidence, restrict visibility, pause a merchant, preserve records, notify affected parties or refer a matter to competent authorities.

Abuse of reporting

Knowingly false, bad-faith or automated reports may be rejected and can lead to restrictions.
