Copyright notice
A notice should identify the protected work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its exact URL, provide contact details, state a good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, state that the information is accurate and include a physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice
An affected party may submit a response identifying removed material, explaining the basis for restoration and providing legally required declarations and contact details. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, repeat infringers may be restricted or terminated.
United States designation
Where U.S. DMCA safe-harbour procedures are relied upon, the operator must separately register and maintain a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Publishing this page alone does not complete that registration.
